THE CROSS NOW COVERS MY SINS

I stand all bewildered with wonder And gaze on the ocean of love, And over its waves to my spirit Comes peace like a heavenly dove. CHORUS: The cross now covers my sins; The past is under the blood; I’m trusting in Jesus for all; My will is the will of my God. I struggled

O LORD, WE LONG TO SEE YOUR FACE

O Lord, we long to see Your face, To know You risen from the grave, But we have missed the joy and grace Of seeing You as others have. Yet in Your company we’ll wait And we shall see You, soon or late. O Lord, we do not know the way, Nor clearly see the

In the Cross of Christ I Glory

In the cross of Christ I glory, Towering o’er the wrecks of time; All the light of sacred story Gathers round its head sublime. When the woes of life o’ertake me, Hopes deceive and fears annoy, Never shall the cross forsake me; Lo, it glows with peace and joy. When the sun of bliss is

In The Secret of Thy Presence

Lo!-He-Comes-with-Clouds-Decending

Lo! He Comes with Clouds Descending

Lo! He comes with clouds descending, Once for favoured sinners slain; Thousand thousand saints attending, Swell the triumph of His train; Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! God appears on earth to reign. Every eye shall now behold Him Robed in dreadful majesty; Those who set at naught and sold Him, Pierced and nailed Him to the tree,

Look-Ye-Saints

Look, Ye Saints

Look, ye saints! The sight is glorious! See the Man of Sorrows now, From the fight returned victorious; Every knee to Him shall bow. Crown Him, crown Him! Crowns become the Victor’s brow. Crown the Saviour; angels crown Him; Rich the trophies Jesus brings; In the seat of power enthrone Him, While the vault of

Tell Me The Stories of Jesus

Tell me the stories of Jesus I love to hear; Things I would ask Him to tell me If He were here – Scenes by the wayside, Tales of the sea, Stories of Jesus, Tell them to me. First let me hear how the children Stood ’round His knee, And I shall fancy His blessing

Wonderful Love

Jesus came down my ransom to be – Oh, it was wonderful love! For out of the Father’s heart he came To die for me on a cross of shame, And from sin’s bondage to reclaim; Oh, it was wonderful love! CHORUS: Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful love, Coming to me from Heaven above; Filling me, thrilling

The Old Rugged Cross

On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, The emblem of suffering and shame; And I love that old cross, where the dearest and best For a world of lost sinners was slain. CHORUS: So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross Till my trophies at last I lay down; I will cling to
